One of the key ingredients in developing successful tire management systems is hands-on experience!.

The Budini organization is comprised by separate companies that operate different tire-related businesses.  These businesses are key to provide real life experience when developing, testing, working  and perfecting our applications.

The Retreading Factory - A Retreading factory is the richest environment where one can learn about truck and bus tires.  At Budini, everyone including our tech. support staff and programmers work for years with hands-on experience before they produce a single line of software code.  They must first understand the entirety of the tire business, only after a great deal of understanding they are qualified to develop solutions for it.

A Tire Software Company - When we say TIRE SOFTWARE we mean it!  Our core business is designing tire information systems!  Mr. Tony Nicolini was the original programmer of the first version of the Budini Tire Management System back in 1982.  Since that time, Budini has maintained all of the original programming staff and added many more, each with over a decade of experience designing TIRE related software.  Some of our programmers have over two decades of experience!  Nowadays Budini has fully developed hundreds of tire related software applications for every link in the supply chain of tires.

A Tire Service Company - Software by itself does not accomplish miracles.  That is why Budini also has a service company that outsources tire management services for a few select customers.  This service company uses all of the technology developed by Budini.  Its goal is to perfect tire management processes at the fleet level, train tire managers and return all accumulated knowledge to the software company in order to maintain a continuous improvement environment.

An International Business and Tech. Support Center- By visiting and providing support to customers around the world, Budini is able to learn from our customers as much or more than we can teach them.  The more we learn, the better our solutions become.  By this exposure over the last decades Budini has faced hundreds of very specific situations and needs in tire management matters.  Today we're able to link real life situations and needs experienced by our customers with real life solutions developed for and experienced by other customers.  This is by far more valuable than any software or operational technical support.  This is consultative technical support, and it is free and unlimited to any of our customers!
