Budini TMS Editions

The Budini Tire Management System is divided into 4 different editions. Choosing the edition that is right for your business will ensure appropriate price, support relative to your business, necessary functions for your operation and scalability of the program.  Below you will find brief description and a comparison chart of each edition.  If you're still unsure which edition is right for you, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Single-Fleet Edition

• General Description: A single database for any size fleet.  All vehicles belong to a single cost center.
• General Application: Private fleets of any size, Buses (School, City, Metropolitan or Long Distance), Beverage Delivery, Short or Long Hauls, City or Local Distribution, Armored Transportation and others.
  

Truck Center / Mixed Fleet Edition

• General Description: The mixed fleet edition consists of a single database that can store an unlimited amount of small fleets and preserve their individuality (unique tire ID's, accounting, etc.) while sharing the same codes and parameter structure. 
  
• General Application: This system was originally designed for truck center operations that desire to manage many small fleets in a single database and application, but can also be used by cooperative model companies that have several small fleet operations that act as a combined fleet organization, such as mini-van fleets, micro-buses fleets and other owner operator coops.
  

Mining / OTR Edition

• General Description: The Mining/OTR edition was specifically designed with certain requirements of the Mining industry, including TKPH / TMPH analysis, import loading cycle records from external systems, and different tread depth and air pressure limitations than other editions.
  
• General Application: Mining companies or fleets that run commercial size + OTR tires and wish to track their TKPH/TMPH.
  

Mileage Contract Edition

• General Description: The mileage contract edition was designed for companies that outsource tire management completely.  The supporting tools, support and accessory modules to this version include rapid fleet implementation functions and a level of customized development to the requirements of the client that go beyond any other edition. In some regions the mileage contract edition includes a Budini Tire Survey System license and a Budini Survey PDA license.
